A successful onboarding process requires active participation from both the eZmax training team and the brokerage leadership and staff. This article provides an overview of the roles and responsibilities of everyone involved.
During the onboarding process, you and your trainer will review these charts and, if necessary, work together to better define the roles of your specific team members.
It is possible that one person may take on multiple roles, depending on how your brokerage is organized.
